About the Founder

Jacob grew up in South Pasadena, CA. In addition to Los Angeles area, he has lived and worked in Pennsylvania and the Bay Area. He’s been training clients aged 12-84 since 2000, having received his degree in Kinesiology (focus in Movement Science) from The Pennsylvania State University. While his education qualifies him for his work, he will be a forever student — fitness and wellness evolve with the most current science, and so learning will never be done.
