“Why have I regularly been training with Jacob for more than a decade? For at least 4 compelling reasons:
(1) Jacob is a trained professional fitness instructor, and not a “fit actor” looking to make a buck between acting gigs. He tailors my workouts, not only to my long-term goals, but also to my short term needs based on nagging middle-aged-dude injuries or planned strenuous activities like ski trips or backpacking adventures with my kids;
